01D Series 0.75 to 7.5W

SIP DC/DC Converter

YDS now launched the 01D series which have the High efficiency, wide input range, Pin-out compatible with LM78XX linears and output power up to 7.5 watts without any heatsinks, sizes only 11.5mm(L) X 7.5mm(W) X 10mm(H).
If you have any special order, we also can make customized design for you, pls contact with us in sales-as@yds.com.tw. 01D series is the single output DC/DC converter module with ultra wide input voltages 4.75~30V, 4.75~34V, 6.5~34V, 8~34V, 11~34V, 15~34V and 18~34V. Output voltages are available including 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V, 5V, 6.5V, 9V, 12V and 15V.

Efficiency up to 97%, small size, Pin-out compatible with LM78XX linears and ultra wide input range make this series especially suitable to replace the LM78XX linears series in embedded system, single board computer ( SBC ), digital vedio recorder ( DVR ), home video equipment, household applications, distributed power system, industrial machine, office equipment or wants the input supply power stable, have accurate output, use in harsh environment and same time also wants it has small size, such as in military, instrumentation, industry, telecommunications, power supply system and computer, all can use this 01D series easily .

This non-isolated single output series feature a through hold 3 pins package and all parts are fully encapsulated in Epoxy resin. The compact case with anti-flaming material package meeting UL94-V0 standards.They do not require a heatsink or external components and feature an operating temperature range of -40℃ to +85℃ .
In durability, the MTBF in +25℃ can over 21,098,000 hrs, in +71℃ can over 4,212,000 hrs .
This 01D series also have short circuit protection and thermal shutdown functions, can get more reliability in whole final products .
RoHS-compliant and each one product in factory have been 100% BURN-IN testing to ensure the quality of products.
